Constitution

Culture Cumbria is constituted as an unincorporated body

• The Board of 25 represents key interests, agrees aims and establishes priorities
• The Board is elected annually at the AGM
• Stakeholders (members of Culture Cumbria)are all involved in Cumbria's cultural future, attend AGMs and are involved in events.
• Stakeholders can attend as observers at any Board Meeting
• Action Groups help deliver agreed priorities
• Culture Cumbria is managed by two independent part-time coordinators (Nick Jones & Euan Cartwright) who report to the board.
